When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I request a return or refund?
- We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days.
For Damage and Defective product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 24HRS of receiving the item. Replacement products will be delivered within 8-10 days.Cancellation Policy

However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed by the seller/merchant, is in the shipping stage, or is out for delivery.
